Worldwide speaker Stefano Virgilli returns to Singapore after sharing this short lecture in Italy last December, this time especially for ClubSnappers at SAM.
Could you bet on a photo being "photoshopped"? Stefano Virgilli can show you how to spot the trick. Using some of the not-so-famous features of Adobe Photoshop, everyone can now be a detective. Stefano will also share a real police case happened in Italy, where a photoshopped picture was used as evidence to solve a crime.
On 13 March, Stefano took part in Creative Crew Singapore's Clash of the Photo Titans event. As part of this event, designed to bring users's attention back to the features of Adobe software, Stefano's presentation focused on little-known niche Photoshop tricks.
Stefano recently presented VOX LAB's Protyping & Monetizing Mobile Apps at NUS. The workshop covers topics including the advent of the internet and mobile, iOS vs Android and protyping using Adobe and web applications.
On 10th January, Stefano spoke at Creative Crew Singapore's first meeting of the new year. Speaking on the topic "Shooting in a digital era", Stefano covered the changes to photography and the potential of the future of digial photography.
On December 28, Stefano has conducted a seminar titled "Shooting in a digital era". The venue of the talk was the Hotel 3Re in Castelnovo ne' Monti (RE) Italy. Over 50 participants attended the session. Among the topics:

The December 2011 meeting of Creative Crew Singapore took place in the Bedok Public Library on Tuesday December 13th. During this meeting, Stefano spoke to the attendees, making a presentation on how to achieve flawless skin using Adobe Photoshop. With 103 possible results to a Google search for "Smoothen Skin in Photoshop", Stefano took 20 minutes to explain his favoured technique.
On 8 November, Stefano made a presentation to a full house as part of Creative Crew's November 2011 meeting. The topic covered by Stefano at the meeting, entitled Photo, Tablets and Mobile, was Shaping Bodies in Photoshop - how to use the tips and tricks used by photographers to retouch model's images.
Stefano recently presented the first Marketing Using Photoshop course to students at the National University of Singapore. The 6 hour course is aimed at those experienced at using Photoshop as well as novice users wishing to use the software for marketing purposes. During the course of the day, Stefano revealed tips, tricks and the secrets of creating effective marketing campaigns using Adobe Photoshop.
On 30 September, online apps portal Affective Apps published their interview with Stefano regarding apps and their place in Singaporean life.
